Lee Wandel

Lee Wandel is a cofounder of PMW Realty Partners, a full-service commercial brokerage firm specializing in transaction and advisory services for office, industrial, and commercial land assets. Lee began his real estate career specializing in office and industrial assets located in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. While Lee has experience working with various commercial real estate asset types, he feels that specialization allows him the opportunity to provide exceptional service to his clients. Focusing primarily on the Arlington/Mansfield and HEB/Mid-Cities submarkets, Lee brings value to a commercial transaction by providing a levelheaded approach, meticulous attention to detail and an encyclopedic knowledge of the market. Lee represents both Landlords and Tenants throughout the leasing process, as well as Buyers and Sellers during the acquisition or disposition of office and industrial assets. This full service approach allows Lee the ability to network with, learn from, work with, and provide commercial real estate services to numerous individuals at all levels of the commercial real estate spectrum. Before the formation of PMW Realty Partners, Lee was an Advisor with SVN | Dunn Commercial in Arlington where he advised clients on the lease and sales of office assets. As an Arlington, Texas native, Lee grew up watching his hometown grow and continue to develop into what it is today. He is also a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington, by way of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance Degree. While completing his undergraduate studies at UTA, Lee decided that commercial real estate was where he wanted to make his mark. Lee is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also an avid fan of all DFW professional sports teams and enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, their son, William and their silver lab, Oliver.
