Lee Jatta

Lee is a long-time member of the Borelli Investment Company’s professional staff, starting in the accounting department in 1995. He became a property manager in 1996, providing leasing and property management services to his clients ever since. Lee handles the day-to-day property management activities for various office, industrial, and retail properties throughout Silicon Valley, which currently totals approximately 600,000 square feet and over 225 tenants. His responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and inspections of the various properties, managing vendor relationships, and contracts, reviewing and approving all payables, supervising tenant improvements and construction projects, negotiating leases and other contracts, preparing yearly budgets, and administering the reconciliation of expenses per lease agreements. Lee was born and raised in Silicon Valley, graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, and received a BS degree in Management and Economics from San Jose State University. He currently resides in Santa Clara with his wife Stefanie, and their two girls, Maddison and Mackenzie.
