Laws Bouldin is a native of Murfreesboro and has been in commercial and investment real estate sales exclusively since beginning in the profession in 1987. He is married to Shannon Smith, also a native of Murfreesboro. They have two children, Laws McCullough Bouldin and MaryGrace Mozell Bouldin. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He is a long-standing member of Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. He has also served on the Rutherford County YMCA Board of Directors, Murfreesboro Water and Sewer Board, Local Advisor Board Member of SunTrust Bank, is a graduate of the Leadership Rutherford Program, a long time member of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, and Co-Chair of the Main Street Jazz Festival. Laws' Real Estate experience includes residential and commercial development, and commercial brokerage. A majority of his brokerage experience involved retail land sales, site location, assemblage and development.
