Lawnae Hunter holds a California Broker’s License and has designation as Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB) and as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). In 1983 she founded PLUS Property Management on the California Central Coast where she resided for over thirty-five years. She has more than forty-five years of experience in general real estate brokerage and property management. She was founding chair of North Santa Barbara Economic Alliance and served on the Santa Maria Planning Commission from 2003 to 2006. Lawnae was 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year in Santa Maria, CA and Woman of the Year, State of California 33rd Assembly District in 2009. As president/owner of PLUS Property Management, Ms. Hunter thrives in a dynamic and competitive sales environment with a strong understanding of the market and economic forces affecting investment property ownership.
