Laurie brings decades of sales, business development and marketing strategy to both the team at Murphy Commercial as well as her commercial real estate clients. Laurie specializes in tenant representation for both sales and leasing as well as landlord representation of a diverse portfolio. She has had the opportunity to serve diverse clients in a variety of industries including: Anne Arundel Medical Center, California Closets, Advanced Integrative Health Group, Brook Tree Health Services, MGM Consulting, Site Realty Group,The Bernstein Companies, Steel Fire Restaurant, Fast Signs, American Dental Partners, Reliable Contracting, OSMC Physical Therapy, Chesapeake Retina Centers and T Mobile. Prior to joining Murphy Commercial she worked as a creative partner at KGZ Graphics providing marketing solutions to clients for the past 8+ years. From executing a new strategy for a start up company, to finding a fresh approach to an established business she enjoys the challenge of promoting and creating a buzz in the market place. These skills are a valuable asset in commercial real estate both in terms of marketing properties and building relationships. Laurie graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a long time active volunteer of Arthritis Foundation of Central Maryland. As well as serves on the volunteer committee for the Howard County Tina Broccolino/Claudia Mayer Cancer Foundation. In her free time she loves to play tennis, enjoy great food and most importantly spend quality time with her family and friends.
