Laurie Love Wixted is a specialist in the sales and leasing of commercial office buildings, including high-rise, owner/user, sub-urban multi-tenant and high density development land acquisitions. Her in-depth leasing and management experience helps to maximize value and strategically re-position the asset for sale at the best possible outcome. Laurie owns her own firm and has been in commercial real estate, specializing in the South Bay and Long Beach markets for over 33 years. She is a graduate of The University of Southern California School of Business, and has been involved in numerous professional associations, including CCIM, AIR Board of Directors, Capital Markets Investment Group. She has been repeatedly recognized as one of Real Estate Southern California magazine’s “Most Influential Women in Real Estate.”
