Laurie McMahon

Laurie McMahon is Executive Vice Chairman of Leasing in Cushman & Wakefield's Washington, DC office. Her ability to view space from both the landlord’s and tenant’s perspective is one of her unique talents and a key reason she works on some of the area’s largest and most complex leasing assignments for a highly-regarded, well-established list of clients. Laurie joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998, and since then has held a variety of leadership positions across several departments within the firm. Her current focus is landlord and tenant leasing representation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, for both public and private sector clients. Laurie has developed a unique and deep skill set throughout her 20 years of professional experience, with an acute understanding of operations, finance and construction.
