Laurens Nicholson

For more than 30 years, Laurens has been working full time in commercial real estate development, sales and leasing. He has been involved in well over 1,000 transactions representing owners, landlords, tenants with a passion for site selection. Laurens is a senior instructor with the CCIM Institute where in he teaches Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate, Negotiations (CREN), and User Decision Analysis (103). Laurens co-led the development of the Motto by Hilton located at 209 S. Main Street in Bentonville AR. Bentonville's Motto is Hilton’s flagship Motto, Hilton's first ground up build. Motto introduces a fresh approach to modern travel, bringing together efficient, micro-guest rooms, activated social spaces with locally inspired design. This 175-room hotel features an indoor secure bike valet, Motto Commons coffee bar by Onyx, and Junto, a Japanese style restaurant managed by Indigo Road. The Motto also features an interesting outdoor gathering space called “The Backyard" that features Bar Kupu.
