Laurence Woznicki

Laurence Woznicki serves as a senior advisor for SVN Chicago Commercial, with over ten years of experience specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial property in the Chicagoland area. Woznicki previously served as a real estate agent for United Realty & Development, working in all aspects of commercial real estate with a focus on solving his clients' needs, in an acquisition, disposition and advisory role. After leaving United Realty in 2019, he obtained his Illinois Managing Broker's accreditation and proceeded as a self-sponsoring independent real estate broker and re-established a new clientele, which he intends to continue professionally servicing, with the help, guidance and assistance of SVN Chicago Commercial. Woznicki attained the accreditation of Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) from the Real Estate Institute of Illinois in 2018. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Woznicki was a member of both the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for more than twenty years. The knowledge and experience developed during that period has afforded him a unique, nuanced perspective of economic trends and cycles which are intimately related to real estate as well. Woznicki attended DePaul University in Chicago, from 1981 to 1983, and graduated with a BS in Accountancy and a minor in Finance. Woznicki is happily married to his lovely wife of thirty-four years and has a daughter, 27. He enjoys tennis, good music, and great food.
