Lauren Watkins

Lauren Watkins is a Charleston area native. She graduated from Clemson University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Lauren began her career at Lee & Associates then joined NAI Charleston in 2018. During her time at both firms Lauren worked alongside a top-performing broker in the Charleston market specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions, as well as landlord and buyer representations, serving local, regional and national companies. Her tenure in the brokerage world sharpened her market analysis, attention to detail and deep connection to the local brokerage community. Lauren has spent the past few years managing the real estate development process, which further broadened her understanding of deal creation and site acquisition for her clients, as well as expanding her understanding of the trends of the greater Southeastern US retail market. She looks forward to taking her wide range of commercial real estate experiences and creating value for her clients.
