Lauren Quiram

Lauren Quiram is the Director of Leasing at Matrix Group, where she has been a key part of the team since 2018. As the face of Matrix to prospective tenants, Lauren oversees all leasing activity across the company’s diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties. Her approachable, communicative style and market expertise enable her to craft tailored solutions that serve both tenants and ownership. Prior to joining Matrix Group, Lauren was an associate broker on Transwestern’s Denver Capital Markets team, where she supported investment sales, led marketing initiatives, and conducted in-depth market research and analysis. A Boulder native, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has held real estate licenses in both Colorado and Washington. She is an active member of NAIOP. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
