Lauren Preola

Lauren Preola is a Senior Associate at Hart Commercial. She specializes in creating innovative marketing strategies for Hart’s listings and focuses on medical leasing. Prior to joining Hart, Lauren was an Associate for Fischer & Company, a Dallas commercial real estate firm, where she worked with the retail and office tenant representation teams. She conducted market research & analysis, prepared presentation materials, analyzed financial models, and participated in business development activities. Previously, Lauren was a Project Manager at StreetLights Residential, a Dallas multifamily & mixed-use developer. She worked on the marketing and asset management team for five years, and coordinated the branding for over 20 Class A+ Multifamily properties across the country. Lauren graduated from Baylor University and is an active member of The Real Estate Council’s Young Guns and Ladies in CRE™.
