Lauren Marmande

Lauren is both a broker and property manager serving the LaPlace/River Parishes and Houma/Thibodaux markets. Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Lauren handled both property management and leasing for Cypress Property Management. She has more than fifteen years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate appraisal, sales, and leasing throughout River Parish marketplaces, Houma, and the Greater New Orleans area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans. A licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana, Lauren is currently working toward her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
