Her area of expertise spans the regional retail markets of the Bay Area and urban retail in San Francisco. With over ten years' experience, she offers creative solutions for her client's needs. Laura’s agency work includes listings in Union Square, the Financial District and premium high streets in San Francisco. She has worked with Hudson Pacific Properties, Invesco, Westfield, Essex Property Trust, and Seven Equities. She is well-known for her ability to develop creative solutions for new concepts and deliver aggressive roll-outs across multiple markets in a timely manner. Laura has considerable expertise in all aspects of site selection, multi-market expansion, strategic planning and retail store development for several of the nation’s leading chain retailers, resulting in high-volume, profitable stores. Her deep knowledge of the retail industry and strategic solutions for her clients is unparalleled, as demonstrated by several top achievement and national awards. With over 175 retail transactions totaling $325 million, she has established herself as a dynamic leader in tenant representation and creative leasing strategies thru her ability to communicate effectively with retailers and landlords alike. Laura is an active athletic alumni member of the University of San Francisco, where she is recognized in the school’s legacy team for volleyball.
