Laura works within the Crawley Business Space agency team, acting on behalf of Landlords, advising on marketing and disposal options. Laura has acted for individual Landlords and Fund Managers advising on the disposal of industrial and office space. Including new lettings and lease renewals on approx. 20,000 sq ft of multi-tenanted offices at The Enterprise Centre on Manor Royal on behalf of Standard Life and the sale of a 13,000 sq ft business unit in Horsham. Laura has also had involvement with the acquisition of 37,800 sq ft offices at Gatwick House in Horley on behalf of Quidnet Capital.
