Laura Schaberg

Laura joined Adame Commercial in November 2005 and focuses primarily on the office and retail market. With over $50 million in sales and/or lease transactions in the Corpus Christi area, her knowledge of the market allows for excellent representation on behalf of her clients. Laura has successfully negotiated over 1.5M SF of office and/or retail space and has achieved superior results for her clients. By developing and maintaining prosperous working relationships with local, regional and national retailers and companies, brokers and clients, Laura continues to provide professional service and maximizing results. Prior to joining Adame Commercial, Laura worked as a Property Manager which gives her the strategic ability and perspective of both the Tenant and Landlord. This enables her to negotiate terms that benefit the client, usually beyond their expectations. Laura received the CoStar Power Broker Award in 2019 for Office Leasing and in 2020 for Retail Leasing. Laura is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University. She graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science. Laura served on the Board of the local YMCA for three years, and is a partner is several small, local businesses in the area. Laura has one daughter, Abigail, who is a student at Gregory-Portland High School.needs of both.
