Laura Martins Gardiner

Laura Martins joined Klein & Heuchan Realtors in 1995. She has been in the commercial real estate business for over 20 years. She specializes in office leasing and property management. Laura manages and leases five office buildings in the Countryside, Dunedin and Palm Harbor area comprised of 240,000 square feet. She is responsible for the day-to-day activities, supervision of the financial management, contract and lease administration, negotiation of leases, renewals and expansions, overseeing the maintenance staff, construction of capital projects and tenant improvements. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson & Wales, Providence, RI in 1986. She has been awarded an RPA designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Realtors Association and a member of the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce serving on the Ambassador and Business of the Year committees.
