A recognized leader in her industry with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Laura specializes in office leasing and sales in Seattle and Bellevue. Being a real estate syndicator and owner of commercial real estate has provided her with unique insight, which has particularly benefitted her landlord clients. Laura has been integrally involved in many of Seattle’s highest profile office lease transactions. She represented the owners of 300 Pine, til49, Westlake Terry and 1800 Ninth on four deals with Amazon totaling over 1,500,000 square feet. She also represented the owners of Dexter Station and 1101 Westlake where she was instrumental in bringing Facebook for two deals totaling over 500,000 square feet. Laura has represented over 11,000,000 square feet of office space in Seattle, including some of the largest Class A Office buildings in the region, Russell Investments Center, Dexter Station, Met Park, 999 Third, 1201 Third and Washington 1000. Laura is results driven and extremely focused, the depth of Laura’s experience and her extraordinarily successful landlord leasing track record demonstrate her passion for excellence and strong ability to strategically position and market assets effectively. She was awarded the prestigious 2017 NAIOP Night of the Stars SIOR Office Broker of the Year award. She is actively involved in several organizations, where she has served in multiple leadership positions and boards including the NAIOP Board and the UW Runstad Department of Real Estate Advisory Board.
