Laura Briggle

Laura Briggle is a Partner at ForeFront Commercial. Laura began her career in commercial real estate in 2010 as a Marketing Manager with shopping center owner and developer Woolbright Development. In this role, she developed and implemented a marketing platform for small and medium sized businesses within Woolbright’s portfolio, working one-on-one with tenants to execute customized marketing plans with the objective of increasing tenants’ revenues to improve and stabilize the financial performance of the portfolio. In 2012 Laura accepted the position of Leasing Associate at Woolbright Development, leasing value-add and long-term hold anchored retail assets in Broward, Palm Beach and Martin Counties, with a track record of achieving 100% occupancy. While at Woolbright, Laura represented both company-owned and third-party properties. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Laura gained valuable experience as a Marketing Director for The Ginn Company, a multi-billion dollar developer of private club and resort communities, and as an Account Executive at Cotton & Company, a niche marketing and sales agency specializing in lifestyle-driven real estate developments. In these capacities, Laura developed and executed multi-tiered sales and marketing campaigns, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and led administrative and junior sales teams.
