Laura Bradshaw is the Administrative Manager in the Richmond office. She joined the firm in 2013 as a Brokerage Assistant alongside the team assigned to the Commonwealth of Virginia account. In her current role, she manages the marketing and brokerage administrative support team for the Richmond and Charlottesville offices. She oversees and participates in the office marketing efforts that include property, digital, and content marketing. She works closely with the brokerage team and is directly responsible for the marketing and administrative efforts of six brokers which include Broker Opinion of Value packages, tour books, ProCalc analysis, and property marketing. Laura understands the needs of clients and relies on her comprehensive knowledge of the leasing process to support them from start to finish. She strives to help her team and their clients reach a larger audience through her marketing abilities and her understanding of all facets of commercial real estate.
