Laura Alice Scaturro

Laura Alice Scaturro is the founder of EVE CAPITAL, the culmination of her 25-plus years as a broker associate, entrepreneur, and principal. She leads her team in providing clients strategic and proactive guidance. It is her mission to keep EVE CAPITAL rooted in its culture of inclusivity, professionalism, and exceptional service. Laura Alice began her career in commercial real estate converting warehouses into creative office in the early 1990s in San Francisco and Venice Beach, California. Her insatiable appetite to gain more knowledge and experience led her to work in the accounting department at Moss & Company, one of the premier property management firms in Los Angeles, while she pursued a degree in psychology at Loyola Marymount University. She started her brokerage career full time at Coldwell Banker Commercial and, in 2014, joined Marcus & Millichap to head The LA Group. Her diverse experiences set the stage for Laura Alice’s attentive, complete service and the wisdom with which she advises her clients and agents. As the commercial real estate industry is ever-changing, Laura Alice ensures her clients and firm can move with agility to accommodate fluctuations in the market. Still as data devoted as ever, she interprets the vast information at her fingertips, giving her clients the foresight to succeed in a variety of investment endeavors. Laura Alice lives in Venice Beach with her husband of 30 years and their two children, Ava, and Wren. In her free time, she enjoys service work, gardening, and playing video games.
