Much of Lars’ time in commercial real estate has been spent negotiating medical office buildings on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. He has also been involved in several large leases and sales, including the Sharp Healthcare Master Lease at Frost Street Medical Center (176,000 sq. ft. / $86M total consideration) and The Bressi Ranch Corporate Center sale (132 acres). Lars currently markets in excess of 1 million square feet of healthcare real estate in Southern California and has successfully leveraged a network of healthcare professionals to bring a high level of value to his clients.
