Larry Serota

Larry serves as Executive Managing Director and as a member of Transwestern’s Board of Directors. Larry specializes in Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions out of Transwestern's Chicago office, where he represents users across the United States and internationally. Larry’s dedication to maximizing his clients’ business goals, and how real estate enables their success, is evidenced by his many long-term relationships with multi-market clients. Larry also co-leads Transwestern’s Sports & Entertainment Practice. Larry joined Transwestern in 2006 and serves in a leadership role for Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions, Transwestern’s Midwest region for all service lines and across Transwestern's Family of Companies. He previously served as Chair of Transwestern’s Emerging Leaders Council, representing the millennials of the firm. Additionally, Larry serves as a liaison for Transwestern’s international partners in BNP Paribas Real Estate and ENCOR.
