Larry Killian

Larry has been a Realtor since 1976 and has had his own brokerage since 1977. He has been a Director of the California Association of Realtors and the Modesto Board of Realtors. In addition, he was President of the Modesto Board of Realtors in 1982. He is a founding member and many time President of of the Central Valley Marketing and Exchange Group, an association of Real Estate Professionals specializing in Investment properties and Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges. He also makes a special effort to stay current in the Residential Real Estate market. In 2018 he was honored to receive the Realtor Emeritus designation from the National Association of Realtors and an Honorary Life Member designation from the California Association of Realtors.
