Larry Jarema

Industry veteran Larry Jarema focuses on landlord and tenant representation in the medical office sector. He brings the firm more than 30 years of expertise in leasing and sales assignments in both the corporate and healthcare real estate sectors. His long-term relationships with tenants and healthcare partners have produced a solid track record of success in markets across the Southeast. Larry joined Ackerman in February 2013 as senior vice president, brokerage, in the firm’s Healthcare Real Estate practice, where he has concentrated on landlord and tenant representation assignments involving leases and sales of healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Ackerman, Larry was vice president of leasing in Duke Realty’s Healthcare division in Atlanta from 2007 to 2012, and was vice president of leasing at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Miami office from 2004 to 2006. From 1999 to 2004, Larry was vice president of leasing at Portman Holdings in Atlanta, where he was engaged in leasing the 1.8-million-square-foot SunTrust Plaza.
