Larry joined H&R Retail in 1988 and has since closed 1,400 transactions. Larry oversees the leasing efforts for many major power centers, town centers, free-standing and street front stores in the Washington DC, Baltimore and Virginia markets. In addition to shopping center leasing, Larry also specializes in restaurant and retail representations. His team’s strategic site selection has been instrumental in growing the market presence of the following retailers: Target, Dollar Tree, Cinnaholic, Dressbarn, Foot Locker, Kids First Swim Schools, Salons by JC, Rack Room Shoes and Pei Wei.
