ABOUT

Larry, a native Houstonian, has over 36 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in the greater Houston area and beyond. Larry joined the Lee & Associates Houston team in 2021. He is recognized as a leader in the Houston area Commercial Real Estate industry with a focus on Industrial Real Estate. He has represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions including Industrial, Office, Medical and Biotech leases. Successful projects include State of the Art Build to Suits, Multi–Tenant facility leasing, Multi–Tenant facility sales and purchases, land sales, Sale /Leasebacks and a wide variety of Commercial Real Estate dispositions ranging from office service center facilities to deep water projects. His decades of experience have enabled Larry to become a nimble problem solver and negotiator amid any economic or business cycle. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he was at Oxford Partners for six years where he was instrumental in building their Industrial Brokerage Team. He attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In his free time, he enjoys a wide variety of community and outdoor activities. Including golf, running and especially being a Little League coach.
