Larry FitzGerald

Larry FitzGerald, SIOR, serves as an executive managing director in the Tysons, Virginia, office of Newmark Knight Frank. A leasing and sales specialist, Mr. FitzGerald represents the interest of major developers, institutions, and significant tenants in the Washington metropolitan area. He has directed the successful marketing of a wide range of commercial properties including offices, flex/R&D, industrial buildings, and land sites. Mr. FitzGerald also serves on NKF's Presidents Council and Executive Committee. Mr. FitzGerald has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1993 and previously held positions with Smithy Braedon, ONCOR International and Grubb & Ellis (now a part of NKF), representing the interests of a number of the Washington metropolitan area's most prominent companies.
