Larissa Ricketts

Larissa moved to Interlachen Florida in 1989 from North Alabama and has been working as a Realtor there since 1991. She currently lives in Saint John’s County, enabling her to sell in any area. She opened Modern Realty of Putnam in 2012 to better cater to the needs of each individual customer after years of working for other brokers. Larissa’s goal is to make each transaction as easy as possible as buying and selling can be very stressful. She is capable of tailoring each listing agreement to each individual property and her fees and listing terms are always negotiable.
