Lara’s in-depth knowledge of retail brands and restaurants adds to her expertise in representing a wide variety of high profile local, national and international retailers. Lara has advised a variety of retailers and restauranteurs including Supreme, Stadium Goods, Glossier, Zadig + Voltaire, Alexis Bittar, Bonobos, Citibank, Forever 21, Fig & Olive, Rent The Runway, among others. She currently works with Amazon Fresh and Amazon Go in the City of Chicago and William Sonoma Brands across the Chicagoland Area, among other fashion, lifestyle and restaurant tenants throughout Chicago. Lara also exclusively represents Panera Bread and has been instrumental in their expansion and repositioning throughout the Chicago MSA for the last 15 plus years. Lara also specializes in representing the owners of mixed-use projects, urban storefronts and development sites throughout Chicago. She has worked extensively throughout her career on behalf of property owners such as Blackrock, Tishman Speyer, Ashkenazy, Asana Partners, Acadia Realty Trust, C.I.M., Newcastle Limited, Nuveen, Jenel Management Corporation, L3 Capital, L&B Realty Advisors, JB Realty, Novak Construction, Vista Properties and Madison Capital to secure and expand a wide variety of fast casual and full service restaurants, medical users, service providers and luxury, big-box, and DTC retail tenants, including but not limited to, Louis Vuitton, Bluemercury, David Yurman, Breitling, Golden Goose, TJ Maxx, Michael’s, University of Chicago Medical Center, CVS Pharmacy, Specialized Bikes, Arctery’x, among others.
