Laney Underwood Delin

Laney Underwood provides financial analysis, lease structure and market research for Transwestern’s Agency Leasing team in North Texas, supporting major clients such as KBS, Spear Street Capital, Clarion Partners and M-M Properties. She serves as a client communicator on leasing projects, assisting in developing relationships and supporting lease negotiations. She is responsible for over 3.1 million square feet throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Laney joined the company in 2018 and is a member of Transwestern’s Board of Directors. A Dallas native, Laney received a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business Foundations. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate professional.
