Proficient in all aspects of commercial investment sales and marketing of multiple product types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family and land. Have successfully lead others as team manager on multiple assignments throughout professional career. Responsible for the marketing and disposition of CMBS and REO retail, commercial and industrial properties throughout Arizona. In depth knowledge and understanding of income property and of the commercial land market, able to identify specific opportunities that meet the unique requirements of all types of buyers and sellers. As a distressed asset specialist over the past five years attained specialization related to trustee sales, note acquisitions, loan modifications and REO sales. Prior to that, as a top tier land broker, responsibilities included site selection and portfolio sales in areas of land related to retail, office, hospitals, healthcare, colleges, apartment, industrial & employment uses. Before joining NAI Horizon in October of 2011, the previous three years as the managing partner and founding member of Integra Property Advisors, a niche specialty investment sales brokerage company located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to Integra specialized in commercial and industrial land sales for nine years at Land Advisors Organization. First thirteen years of career were dedicated as a leasing specialist of office, retail and industrial buildings with Insignia/ESG. Throughout career have held several senior real estate executive positions with national property and brokerage companies. Prior to Land Advisors, held the position of Managing Director of the Western Region for Kennedy-Wilson Properties. Before that was the Director of Leasing & Brokerage for Insignia/ESG and prior to that served as Vice President for the Allegiance Realty Group. Before Allegiance, I was the Senior Marketing Manager for Tishman West Companies and began career as a high-rise office leasing agent with CBS Property Services.
