Landan Dory is the Senior Vice President of investment sales for Partners based in Austin, TX. His team specializes in the sale of net lease investment properties, RV and Mobile home parks and executing 1031 exchanges as a tax-sheltering/estate-planning tool. Landan has a demonstrated track record of success, having completed over 150 commercial property sales in 21 states across the country, making him one of the nation's foremost experts in selling investment real estate. Landan's specialized and targeted approach of representing property sellers has distinguished him as the go-to for many property owners, ranging in scale from private property owners to some of the largest real estate companies active in the market today. Prior to his time at Partners, Landan was a top producer for years at a national brokerage company, then led the investment sales division for the Austin office of a global real estate company before finding his home at Partners in 2022. Landan was born and raised in Midland, TX and graduated from Baylor University with degrees in Finance, Real Estate and Management. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife Megan, two children and their husky named Charlie.
