Lance Umble

Lance Umble joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2000. He has extensive experience in leasing ground-up power center developments and existing infill redevelopments with some of the valley's leading developers including Westcor, Kitchell, The Pederson Group, Shea Properties and Opus West Corporation. In addition, Lance assists retailers and restaurants in executing their expansion needs throughout Metro Phoenix and the greater Tucson markets. His work includes tenant representation of national retailers such as Starbucks, Chili's, Rack Room Shoes and Quizno's as well as several other notable regional and local retailers.
