Lance Frazier
Lance has been in the Edmonton Real Estate Industry since becoming licensed in 1978. He has been the broker of the Edmonton DTZ Barnicke office since 1998, formerly Frazier Realty, and now manages 17 licensed agents and specializes in investment sales. Lance has been involved in numerous sale and lease transactions over the years completing leases in many of Edmonton's major office complexes as well as being involved in the disposal of a portfolio of shopping centres for Delcon Developments, each transaction varying in style and structure. Recent work also includes the acquisition and disposition of service station sites for Shell Canada. Over the last 18 months Lance has sold numerous sites throughout Alberta for Shell, working with developers, municipalities and investors to make these difficult sales happen. Lance specializes in the acquisitions and sales and investment developments properties. Over the years Lance has become well known in the Edmonton market and works closely with developers, retailers and purchasers.
