Lance Brown

Lance has been a commercial real estate broker in the Portland/Southwest Washington market since 2008, most recently with Coldwell Banker Jenkins & Associates prior to joining Fuller Group Areas of Expertise Lance brings with him a wide range of experience with industrial, multi-family, net-leased investments, retail, mini-storage and business opportunities.Due to his pride in and emphasis on trust, integrity, accountability and results, Lance has closed multiple repeat business transactions. Lance graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Health & Human Performance and a minor in Business Administration. He worked for two years for a physical therapy corporation prior to obtaining his MBA. Since then, Lance has been the cost analyst and administrative manager for $150+ million industrial construction projects; a financial analyst in healthcare and a small business owner while concurrently doing commercial real estate sales and leasing. It is through these diverse experiences that Lance offers tremendous knowledge and insight to his clients and peers. Current board member with the Cowlitz Economic Development Council (CEDC). He and his wife, Heidi, take great pride in their two children, Evan and Emma, and are always there to show support during their kids’ extracurricular endeavors. During his free time, Lance can be found enjoying the outdoors in a variety of ways, from golfing, skiing and riding motorcycles, to working around his home.
