Additionally, Mr. Wright provides strategic real estate advisory for occupiers of industrial space, including site selection and relocation, expansion and consolidation, lease negotiation, and strategic planning. Prior to joining CBRE, Kyle spent 5 years as the San Diego Outside Sales Specialist for Fastenal Company, one of the world’s largest industrial distributors. Kyle created a book of business including over 150 active industrial clients. He sold everything from HVAC, electrical, welding, machinery, and safety products to inventory management services and industrial vending machines. Kyle is an active racecar driver and professional Performance Driving Coach for the Porsche Experience Center of Los Angeles and Porsche Motorsport North America. Additionally, Kyle is an active musician and enjoys playing guitar, piano, and drums with his bandmates, friends, and family.
