Kyle Wilson joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. in 2005 and today, he is an active sales representative specializing in both sales and leasing. Mr. Wilson's problem solving and troubleshooting skills, combined with over 15 years of experience in customer service in both the retail and hospitality industries make him a great asset to his clients. The majority of Mr. Wilson's focus has been on commercial sales & leasing in the Vancouver, Burnaby, and the North Shore. Mr. Wilson has experience working with and representing many national & international clients including Amacon, Property Development Group, Euro Pacific, MoneyTree, The Brick Mattress Shop, BLO, Medigas (a Praxair Company), Bentall LP, and Thind Developments. This has given him an understanding and familiarity with the nuances of sale and lease transactions and the individual needs of each party to the transaction. Mr. Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria and attended British Columbia Institute of Technology where he studied Marketing and Business. He obtained his Real Estate Trading Services License from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business.
