Kyle Wainwright

Kyle Wainwright joined Newmark in 2016 as an Associate and currently serves as an Associate Director in the New York headquarters, where he specializes in tenant representation, core asset strategies and corporate services. Since joining the firm, Wainwright has been instrumental in creating and implementing strategic occupancy solutions for a wide range of clients across the country. Prior to Newmark, Wainwright interned at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, a privately owned and funded developer providing comprehensive real estate solutions for healthcare providers nationwide. As an intern, he worked alongside the executive team to oversee the redevelopment of two premier healthcare assets in New Jersey, where he focused on generating new business and leasing opportunities.
