Kyle Thompson

Kyle began his career in real estate as an Associate at Hoyt Properties in 2010. Since then, he has developed keen knowledge of the Twin Cities metro area, providing him with the ability to understand the changing real estate market, and the skill to see deals to the finish line. Kyle takes pride in building long lasting, solid relationships and earning the respect of both his clients and his peers throughout the community. Kyle has been involved in over 250 sale/lease transactions ranging from 2,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet. Kyle graduated with honors from the University of St. Cloud in 2010, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on Real Estate. Kyle is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Minnesota. He is also a member with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), as well and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
