Kyle Sherburne is a Vice President at HRS Commercial, a commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Sherburne has extensive experience managing the entire transaction process, including initial discovery of client’s operations/facility needs, market evaluation, financial underwriting, complex lease negotiations, along with a thorough post-execution follow up on permit and/or construction related activities. Prior to joining HRS Commercial, Kyle worked at Foundation Building Materials as their Director of Real Estate where he managed assignments across a portfolio of 300+ leased and owned properties.
