Kyle Sabath is an Associate in the Tri-State Investment Sales group of Avison Young’s New York City office. Prior to Avison Young, Kyle worked as an Investment Sales Associate at Meridian Capital Group, where he specialized in the underwriting and sales of multifamily and mixed-use assets in Manhattan. Kyle received his Bachelors of Science in Leadership Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
