Kyle Ruffing

A native of Bucks County, Kyle moved to Philadelphia after graduating Penn State and has settled in Old City. Kyle is a sales associate at MPN, specializing in industrial and retail leasing and sales. Kyle’s passion for real estate is fueled by the opportunity to build relationships with people from all backgrounds while dealing with tangible assets. “I found the draw of the Philadelphia market is the potential to transform underutilized neighborhoods throughout the city. Philadelphia has so many unique neighborhoods, many of which are being developed into attractive live/work/play environments for people of all ages,” he said. Prior to joining MPN Realty, Kyle was a tenant representative at Gola Corporate Real Estate, and before that he worked at the startup goPuff in corporate real estate as well as in the cannabis industry at Beyond/Hello. Kyle spends his time golfing, going down the shore, exploring new restaurants and bars with his wife, and wine walks with their French Bulldog.
