Kyle Portal is a Senior Vice President in Colliers’ Silicon Valley office. Kyle partners with Colliers’ Silicon Valley Agency Services to provide real estate advisory to a wide range of institutional owners, developers and technology companies in the Greater Silicon Valley. A primary objective of Kyle’s is establishing and retaining long lasting relationships built on genuine trust while executing all client goals. He is a devoted, hard-working individual determined to represent institutional landlord's at the highest of levels. Graduating from San José State University as a dean scholar, Kyle has developed a work ethic that surpasses all clients’ expectations. Kyle understands the entirety of a business, and the importance of teamwork through previous management positions at the San Jose Country Club and a financial advisor internship at Merrill Lynch of San Jose. His skills will directly benefit any organization with corporate real estate concerns. Some of Kyle’s hobbies include traveling, snowboarding, mountain biking and golf. He currently resides in Los Gatos, CA with his wife Valentina and dog Zion.
