Kyle Peco

Based in Austin, Texas, Kyle Peco is a Director in Walker & Dunlop’s property sales group. Mr. Peco joined Walker & Dunlop in 2021 as part of the firm’s acquisition of FourPoint Investment Sales Partners. He specializes in the origination and disposition of multifamily sales in Central Texas and student housing sales across the United States. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Peco was a Director of FourPoint’s Multifamily division, where his primary responsibilities included business development, underwriting, and marketing of conventional multifamily assets within the state of Texas. Mr. Peco previously served as Vice President of Originations with Bank of the Ozarks, and focused on providing construction and bridge lending facilities for large-scale commercial real estate projects. During his five-year tenure with the Bank, Mr. Peco managed the Bank's Austin Loan Production Office and was integrally involved in the origination and financing of over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate projects, which included the financing of over 4,600 multifamily units. Mr. Peco attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and was a member of the basketball team. He also received a MBA in finance and accounting from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
