Kyle Kirchmeier is an Industrial & Logistics specialist based in CBRE’s Las Vegas office, focused on providing integrated solutions for clients interested in buying, selling or leasing industrial real estate. Kyle is recognized for his strategic, client-centric approach and his commitment to delivering successful outcomes. As a part of the Wilmore Industrial & Logistics group, Kyle has experience working with industrial users, investors and developers in the Las Vegas market. He has a comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics and analyzes market trends to help clients make informed decisions that will have a positive impact on their company. Kyle began his career as a Hotel Manager in the Las Vegas hospitality industry, where he gained extensive experience in sales, finance and client relations. He utilizes this knowledge to gain a thorough understanding of client goals and how real estate can transform those goals into reality. Kyle is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where he focused on business and commercial law. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate, he also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Kyle is an active member of his local community and donates his spare time to the Special Olympics of Southern Nevada.
