Kyle Kenyon

Kyle Kenyon joined CBRE’s Atlanta office as a First Vice President within the firm’s Advisory & Transaction | Agency practice in June 2019. Previous to CBRE Kenyon was with Cushman & Wakefield and has been in commercial real estate for the duration of his career. Upon graduation from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Kenyon worked with Cousins Properties and then transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented office owners for seven years. Kenyon is well-known in the market for his representation of owners of Class A office product and his ability to successfully and strategically lease new construction, repurposed and repositioned assets. Some of Kenyon’s career-defining assignments include Ponce City Market, 725 Ponce, 191 Peachtree, 3 Ravinia and Resurgens Plaza. Kenyon has established himself in the commercial real estate community in Atlanta, serving as the Chairman for the Young Council of Realtors of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, consistent Million Dollar Club member, and 2017 Young Realtor of the Year, among numerous internal awards. In addition, Kyle was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a 2019 Commercial Real Estate Up and Comer.
