Kyle Jett

Kyle Jett serves as a director in the Dallas office of Newmark, where he specializes in representing corporate users of real estate on both a local and national level. Mr. Jett is actively involved in every aspect of a real estate transaction, including market research, financial analysis and strategic planning, in order to help his clients obtain the best solution to their real estate needs. He has worked with clients such as Kimley-Horn & Associates, Huawei Technologies, Systemware, Worldwide Express, Excentus, SCOR, T-Bank, Claudius Peters, Lennar Homes and Three Architecture. Mr. Jett joined Newmark in 2008 after working for Predium. Prior to joining Predium, he worked for three years at a national tenant representation firm headquartered in Dallas, where he focused on business development and served as the local transaction manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
