Kyle Coven

Kyle Coven is an analyst for the Washington, D.C.-based Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group, the top investment sales team nationally for Transwestern. He is responsible for financial modeling, asset valuation, strategic marketing, and the due diligence process for investment sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, Kyle was an assistant general manager for Simon Property Group, where he managed the operations, marketing, leasing and financial strategy for retail and office properties in the Atlanta and Washington, D.C., markets. He also previously served as an intern for Simon's Premium Outlet Development team and as an equity research intern at Klingenstein, Fields & Co.
