Kyle Collins

Kyle Collins has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years, responsible for the development, acquisition, disposition, asset management, leasing and operations of portfolios through the southeast. During his career he has been: Director of Asset Management & Leasing for over 5M SF of office and mixed-use properties located in seven (7) southeastern cities with $100M budgets; Director of Administration & Operations over five regional offices in Huntsville, Birmingham & Montgomery, AL; Charlotte, NC and Memphis, TN; Lead Developer of $300M in ground-up construction for projects in Huntsville, Birmingham and Charlotte; Involved in over 3,500 lease and sales transactions with a culmulative volume of approximately $1B. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law. He has been a member of the Alabama State Bar since 1997.
